Fixed the following bugs:

- Fixed the issue of different consumable/travelling selections

- Fixed multiple functions that did not have any sort of delay at the end so their info was impossible to read

- Added some color coordination for easier visualization/reading of items

- Fixed gathering plants so you don't gather all plants each time.
